Ten click-once WinForms applications over WCF and SQL Server forming the back office for an investment business in seven countries, plus web reporting and a multi-currency operational system for gambling floors.
An investment business operated from offices in Spain, London, Florida, Canada, Los Angeles, Costa Rica and South Carolina and had no common back office: accounting, reporting, dashboards and communications were all local.
Around ten Windows applications, accounting, reporting, dashboards and a custom chat system with full logging, deployed by click-once so every launch pulled the current version, driven throughout by web services. Also the web-based reporting for the group's poker site, and the operational system for gambling floors in three countries, converting every local-currency figure at the rate for the day it was played.
Designed, built and maintained the whole estate over eight years.
